You will be seen by Dr. Mathesie on every visit.  He will perform a very comprehensive consultation and medical history.  You will have one of the most detailed and thorough neuromusculoskeletal examinations that you have ever had by any other physician.  Dr. Mathesie will examine the nerves, muscles, bones, and joints of your spine and extremities.  He will diagnose the condition and make recommendations.  If your condition requires x-rays, he will order those.  If your condition requires a MRI scan, he will order that.  If you need medication, other evaluations, or a surgical consultation, he will refer you out to those types of specialty physicians.  Although he helps over 90% of his patients, he cannot help every condition.  He explains when he cannot help you and sends you in the right direction.
